SolidSteel S2-4 Audio Rack (S2 Series, 4 Shelves)
Modular 4-shelf hi-fi rack with stable build and vibration control
Product Overview
The SolidSteel S2-4 is a four-shelf rack from the S2 Series, crafted to deliver robust support, flexibility and vibration suppression for hi-fi and AV setups.
It retains the modular, clean design of the S2 line while adding an extra shelf for more components — ideal for systems with multiple sources, amplifiers, and processing gear.
Key Features

- Aluminum support poles (painted or anodized) filled with internal damping foam to reduce resonance
- Adjustable stainless steel spikes and protective floor discs included for stable installation
- Top shelf width 23″, depth 16.9″; lower shelves slightly narrower due to pole offset

Usage & Installation Notes
The S2-4 rack is ideal when your system includes multiple components—CD transport, turntable, DAC, preamp, amplifier, streamer.
Use the bottom shelf for heavy gear (e.g. amplifiers), and top shelves for lighter units.
Make sure to level the rack using the spikes, and secure heavy or tall gear to avoid tipping under dynamic bass delivery.
Maintain ventilation behind and between components.
Care & Maintenance
Wipe the metal and aluminum parts with a soft, dry microfiber cloth; avoid harsh cleaners.
Clean MDF shelves with damp cloth sparingly and dry immediately.
Check and tighten screws/spikes periodically.
Use floor discs under spikes if placed on delicate surfaces (wood, tile).
